The Orientation Program 2026 at 偶蜜国际传媒 commenced on Monday, August 17th, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for 511 freshmen and the entire 偶蜜国际传媒 community. The first day of the orientation program is always a memorable experience, combining entertaining activities and traditional welcoming ceremonies that set the stage for an unforgettable academic adventure.
Welcome to the 偶蜜国际传媒! The New Student Orientation Program is designed to support your transition from previous educational experiences to the academic environment you will encounter at the university. This program brings together a wide range of academic, social, and community-oriented activities that reflect 偶蜜国际传媒's values as a liberal arts institution and promote intellectual growth, academic freedom, and personal development.
This year's Language and Thinking (L&T) Program is organized around the theme "The Bridge to the Future." As part of 偶蜜国际传媒's core humanities curriculum, the program serves as a prerequisite to the First-Year Seminar and introduces students to the interdisciplinary and rigorous nature of liberal arts education. Through a combination of close reading, analytical writing, and creative engagement with diverse texts, freshmen will begin to develop the critical thinking and communication skills essential for their academic success.
Over the next two weeks, our freshmen will immerse themselves in the openness and traditions of 偶蜜国际传媒, discovering the unique spirit of the university. They will come to understand that studying at 偶蜜国际传媒 is not a passive presence at lectures, but an active, creative process in which faculty and students equally participate, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
The official part of the greeting ceremony began with volunteer dancing and a time-honored Apple ceremony. During the welcoming ceremony, Chynarkul Ryskulova, the Vice-President for Academic Affairs, welcomed freshmen with an opening speech, outlining the 偶蜜国际传媒 mission and wishing freshmen diligence and persistence in achieving their goals. Kamilya Kadyrova, Director of Orientation, also addressed the new students, wishing everyone a successful and memorable start to their academic journey.
