Naumova Mariia, a 4th-year student in the department of TV, Cinema, and Media Arts won 2nd place in the People鈥檚 Choice Award contest for her movie Kyrgyz Taigan.听

Students from EMSD and Agro-ecology Integrated Crop Management courses visited the Lyceum, where specialists in organic agriculture, machine operators and textile handicraft workers trained. The purpose of the visit was to observe greenhouse, biogas technology, composting and storage for products.

A conference-seminar is being held in Bishkek for heads of state bodies from Central Asian countries responsible for managing state-owned enterprises and public-private partnership enterprises.

Cristina Villalovas is a graduate of the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities where she studied languages and Sociology. Currently, Christina is a Princeton in Asia fellow at 偶蜜国际传媒.

Sophomore Malika Mahmudova joined 偶蜜国际传媒鈥檚 Writing and Academic Resource Center this fall, becoming the center鈥檚 first-even Russian language tutor. She joins Kyrgyz tutor Aiym Aidaralieva as part of a move to expand the WARC鈥檚 linguistic offerings this year.
