Open Society University Network is unfolding a series of fascinating events and opportunities for the 偶蜜国际传媒 students, staff and faculty.听

At the 偶蜜国际传媒, until the end of this week, you can see 3 exhibitions dedicated to the topic of environmental protection: a photo exhibition by Vlad Ushakov 鈥淭he Time of Kozhozhash鈥� and two exhibitions of ecocaricatures by the famous scientist, biologist, ornithologist and ecologist Emil Dzhaparovich Shukurov and the famous cartoonist Ruslan Valitova.

With the support of the OSUN GeoHub project, 偶蜜国际传媒 received 50 licenses of ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro software free of charge.

On Friday, October 14th, the 偶蜜国际传媒 Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) held the International Day of the Eco-activist, this day was very special to those who invested a piece of themselves in civic engagement and eco-activism.

Basira Mir Makhammad graduated with a degree in Anthropology from 偶蜜国际传媒 in 2017. After 偶蜜国际传媒, she went on to complete her Master鈥檚 degree in Archaeological Materials Science by studying at the University of Evora in Portugal, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, and Sapienza University of Rome in Italy. Currently, she is studying at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History in Germany for her PhD. In this interview, Basira shares the story of how she managed to achieve her academic goals.

The recent issue of Ethics & International Affairs, a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal published by Cambridge University Press on behalf of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, featured an essay written by the president of 偶蜜国际传媒, Jonathan Berker. In the essay, Jonathan Beker analyzes the role of U.S. institutions globally and suggests ways in which they can play more constructive roles.

Mursal Ayobi graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 偶蜜国际传媒 in 2021. This year, she received a Chevening Scholarship, the UK government鈥檚 fully funded international scholarship, and is currently studying at the University of York in Heslington, United Kingdom. In this interview, Mursal shares what it was like studying at 偶蜜国际传媒 and her journey to getting her Master鈥檚 degree.

On October 15, as part of the Green October, 偶蜜国际传媒 will host Ecotour No. 1

On October Tuesday 11th, the Software Engineering Department together with InkubasiaLAB has organized a very special seminar with guest speakers from Silicon Valley! The event of the day was held at the 偶蜜国际传媒 campus, there were so many students willing to attend the seminar that all the seats in the conference hall (CH) were filled before the start of the occasion.

After a long pause, the printed copies of the university newspaper The New Star can be spotted around the campus again. Since the start of the pandemic, when the COVID-19 pandemic forced a temporary switch to online virtual study, The New Star ceased publishing in hardcopy but the paper continued to publish online. Now, as of September 2022, the newspaper is able to publish a print edition, which many students have welcomed warmly.
